1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ExamForEverybody platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Course Enrollment & Access

• When you purchase a course or mock test, you get a license to view it via the ExamForEverybody services. You do not own the content.
• Lifetime Access: Refers to the lifetime of the course on our platform. We reserve the right to remove content if legal obligations arise.
• Sharing account credentials to share paid content is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in INR or USD. Payments are processed securely. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been consumed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, questions, text, logos) on the platform is the property of ExamForEverybody or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

ExamForEverybody is an educational tool. We do not guarantee specific exam results (e.g., SAT/JEE ranks). We are not liable for any consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
