• Use automated systems to scrape or download content
• Remove or modify any copyright notices
• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

If you purchase premium features or services:

• All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

We reserve the right to modify pricing and refuse service to anyone for any reason.

ExamforEverybody and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any interruption or cessation of service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

• Violation of contest rules
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.
